Our MDF manufacturing facilities in Toronto, ON, Calgary AB, Edmonton AB and Rocklin CA, house state-of-the-art technology that drives and improves our industry-leading MDF millwork solutions. The Toronto facility expands production capability for our Metrie Complete® pre-finished product line and streamlines our operations, improving efficiency and reducing lead times.

Calgary MDF Facility
Our Calgary facility comprises two buildings, equipped to handle raw, primed, and pre-finished moulding products. In 2023, we proudly utilized over 20% formaldehyde-free MDF, highlighting our dedication to sustainable production. We have integrated a new automatic inline measurement system that allows us to deliver top-notch quality for our pre-finished millwork every time.
