Meet Brian

Brian Pall is a Retail Operations Manager in Baltimore.

“Everyone seems to care about each other, and it shows.

One example is how we reacted to COVID. It was clear that leadership cared about doing right by everybody. We do a good job of keeping those people and bringing likeminded people into the organization.”

“I started when I was 15 in the warehouse, through high school, moved around through a bunch of different jobs at Metrie when it was Moulding and Millwork.

My story has a lot to it. The biggest thing for me is I left the company, regretted it and came back. I’m glad there was an opportunity to come back and I’m really enjoying it. Started when I was 15, I’m 38 now, and I’m back home.”
