CoreVantage is backed by industry leading protection, offering a 50-year limited warranty on the substrate and our Pre-finished CoreVantage has an additional 15-year limited warranty on the finish. Coverage includes failure due to manufacturing defects, with replacement installation included for the first five years. Primed trim and fascia must be fully finished (final topcoat applied) with a high-quality 100% acrylic latex exterior paint system on all exposed surfaces and edges within 180 days of installation. Exposure longer than 180 days without full finishing may void the warranty.
CoreVantage pairs well with any siding on the market. Just follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines. Ideally, choose a siding thickness equal to or less than the trim to ensure proper fit and finish.
